To help you answer these questions, the Alliance SBDC has developed a wide variety of professional workshops and training programs to fit the increasingly complex needs of today's small to medium-sized companies. Our educational programs focus on change management, strategic positioning, and leadership development. Among these are:
- The MJC/SBDC Community Ed Business Management program is a series of twelve two-hour classes designed to give the business manager a deeper knowledge and understanding of key business management skills.
- NxLeveL Enhances entrepreneurial skills by providing a practical, hands-on approach to developing a business action plan. This 12-week program is conducted by SBDC counselors and prominent local business leaders. The Alliance SBDC also offers NxLeveL training for people interested in starting a business in both English and Spanish classes.
