Tues. April 22, 2014: QuickBooks for Beginners, Cost: $40 per person, Pre-registration required, 5 to 8pm

Wed. April 23, 2014: Business Start Up, 8 am to 10 am 

Attend our two hour training that provides you with a general overview of things to consider when starting a business. Click here to view the flyer. 

Wed. April 30, 2014: Stanislaus County, in collaboration with the Stanislaus Economic Development and Workforce Alliance, presents "Doing Business with Local Government" Expo. 

Expo will start at 8:30 am-2pm 
Breakout Sessions: 
9:15-10:15am – Doing Business with the State of CA & Cal Trans
10:45-11:45am – Doing Business with Local Government and Utilities
Lunch is provided for 150 participants who pre-register.

Tues. May 6, 2014: QuickBooks for Intermediate Users, 5-8pm, Cost: $40 per person

Learn to set up inventory, enter and receive deposits, enter and pay bills, enter sales, track and pay sales tax, and create reports. Beginner level QuickBooks skills needed. Your spot is temporarily held until payment is received. Space is limited to 10 people.

Wed. May 7, 2014: Access to Capital, 6-8pm, No Fee 

Looking for capital to start or expand your business? We can help you! Workshop will cover: SBA loans, lines of credit, entrepreneurship opportunities, preparing for a loan application, lease vs own, and partner buy out opportunities.

Tues. May 13, 2014: How to Interpret the Digital Media, 6-8pm, No Fee 

Facebook versus Google+? Pinterest or Instagram? Youtube or Vine? Deciding if you still need a business website? Understanding the digital market is the first step in deciding the best use of your online marketing dollars and time. This workshop is designed to be your first step or the next step in understanding why digital marketing is an essential aspect of your business marketing mix.
