The Alliance Small Business Development Center (SBDC) with our main office located in Modesto CA, is hosted by a local Non-profit organization in cooperation with the University of California, Merced and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Our services are paid through various grants allowing you to participate in FREE business consulting, a variety of free or low-cost trainings, free research services and MUCH more! The SBDC program has over a 1,000 centers and collectively is the largest provider of business assistance in the nation! In 2010, over 1.6 million persons received SBDC services.
